No. We do not charge fee for small order.

Orders placed before 10:30 am are shipped the same day. The delivery time, as an indication, is 3 to 5 working days for Switzerland. For shipments outside Switzerland the delivery time depends on the carrier.

Yes, shipping costs outside Europe will be charged. In addition, please note that customs clearance fees may apply depending on the country.

Yes, please contact us first by email at info@capsun.ch. Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are at your expense. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are free of charge.

Yes, if the order is placed by 10:30 at the latest, your order can be shipped the same day in priority parcel, for an additional express shipping fee.

Paintings on canvas

We ship the canvases without stretcher frame. The canvas is rolled up and placed in a cardboard tube to protect it and facilitate shipping.

Yes, if you request it at info@capsun-art.com, you can collect the canvas stretched on a chassis. For details (conditions of sale, etc.) please contact us.

No. We do not propose frames. We recommend that you contact a framer in our area.
